2. Collection and Storage of Personal Data

When visiting this website, information is automatically stored in server log files transmitted by your browser. These include: browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL, hostname of the accessing computer, time of the server request, and IP address. These data cannot be attributed to a specific person and are not merged with other data sources.

3. Contact Form

If you submit enquiries via our contact form, your details from the enquiry form, including the contact details you provide, will be stored for the purpose of processing the request and in case of follow-up questions. We do not share this data without your consent.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and/or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in processing your enquiry).

4. Newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we use your e-mail address solely to send you that newsletter. Subscription uses the double opt-in procedure: after you enter your address you receive an e-mail containing a confirmation link. Your subscription only takes effect once you click that link. If you do not confirm within 48 hours, the subscription is discarded automatically.

As proof of your consent we store the e-mail address, the time of subscription, the time of confirmation and the IP address used.

Legal basis: Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future — via the unsubscribe link at the end of every newsletter or informally by e-mail to office@measuree.net. This does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out before the withdrawal.

Speicherdauer: Retention: We store your data until you unsubscribe from the newsletter. It is deleted afterwards.

5. Cookies

Necessary cookies: This website uses a language cookie (trp_language) to store your language preference. This cookie is technically necessary and does not require consent pursuant to § 174 TKG (Austria).

Analytics cookies (optional): With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (operated by Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) to analyse website usage. IP addresses are anonymised. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

7. Data Processors

For the operation of this website we use the following data processors: OVHcloud SAS (Hosting, France), Google Ireland Ltd. (Analytics, only with consent). Data processing agreements in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR have been concluded with these service providers.

8. YouTube Videos

Our “Video Tutorials” page embeds videos from the YouTube platform. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. We use the privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) and a two-click solution: when the page is opened, only preview images are loaded from our own server and no connection to YouTube is made.

Only when you click a video is the YouTube player loaded. Data such as your IP address, the page visited and technical information about your browser and device is then transmitted to Google; YouTube may use cookies or similar technologies. If you are signed in to your Google account, YouTube can associate the visit with your account. A transfer to the USA cannot be ruled out; Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
